Our 100ml Aroma Reed Diffusers typically last between 3 to 4 months. For larger spaces, our 200ml Element Collection (Air, Earth, Fire, Water) provides an elevated scent throw that lasts up to 6 months. Longevity depends on room airflow, temperature, and humidity.

For our 100ml collection, remove the stopper and insert the textured, natural twig-like reeds into the oil. For the 200ml Element Collection, carefully pour the fragrance into the sculptural conical glass bottle and insert the thick black diffusion stick. Allow 24-48 hours for the fragrance to fully travel up the reeds.

Our 100ml diffusers come with a bundle of natural textured reeds—use all of them for a strong throw, or remove a few for a lighter scent. Conversely, our 200ml Element Collection is uniquely designed to operate flawlessly using a single, ultra-thick black diffusion stick.

Place your diffuser in high-traffic areas to help disperse the aroma. We recommend 100ml scents like Lemongrass & Basil or Ocean Breeze for bathrooms and kitchens, and the larger 200ml Element Collection (like Earth or Fire) for spacious living rooms and entryways.

If the scent fades, you may be experiencing "nose blindness." Alternatively, the reeds may be saturated or dusty. For the 100ml bottles, simply flip the twig-like reeds to refresh the scent. The 200ml Element stick is highly absorbent and rarely needs flipping, but can be adjusted if required.

We strongly advise against reusing old reeds or sticks. Over time, the microscopic porous channels become permanently clogged with oil and household dust. Always use fresh sticks with a new scent refill to ensure proper diffusion.
