Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
To initiate a return request, please contact us at hello@twinflames.in with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note that items sent back without initiating a return request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.

Please contact us at hello@twinflames.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the issue so our team can review and resolve it promptly.
If a product is found to be damaged during transit or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange, depending on product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and product safety reasons. These include:

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the best way is to initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.
This helps ensure faster processing and product availability.
Store Credits
Twin Flames does not offer monetary refunds.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your return. If approved, you will receive a store credit equivalent to the product value.
This store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Please allow some time for our team to inspect the returned product and process the store credit.
