Why can't I just reuse my sticks over and over again?
Once the diffuser sticks are saturated, the cells in the reeds eventually get clogged and lose their ability to draw the scent up into the reeds and emit the fragrance into the room. Needless to say, you definitely can’t move the reeds to a different scent of oil as the cells will contain the fragrance of the previous diffuser oil. You won’t get a pure scent transfer.
My reed diffusers don't seem to be emitting the fragrance in the room as strongly as I would like. What's wrong?
If you have flipped the sticks so that the moist ends are sticking up, perhaps you’re trying to add fragrance to a large room. You might need more than one bottle of the reed diffuser and place them in opposite corners for optimum results. Also if your room has an active A/C, the air exchange system or frequent opening of the doors to the outside may affect results.
Can I use different scents in different rooms?
Yes. You’ll then be able to walk from one fragrance to another. Since scents trigger emotions, reed diffusers can create an environment of feelings that change from one room to the next. Consider many variations of positive emotions- uplifting, romantic, relaxed, cheerful, generous, optimistic, reminiscent and more.Scents only need to be subtle to trigger the odour receptors in the brain and produce the desired results. For example, a store might want its customers to feel optimistic and uplifted so that they are in the buying mood or a homeowner may want their guests to return to their childhood warmth during their visit.
Are your reed diffusers environmentally friendly or truly green?
Our reed diffusers are very environmentally friendly. They emanate NO soot or film onto your furniture, walls and ceiling. Our ingredients are alcohol-free and DPG-free. Unregulated reed diffusers from China for instance may have a combination of unregulated ingredients.
How long do reed diffusers last?
Our reed diffuser oils last for months. It’s not possible to precisely say for how long. This is subject to environmental factors: closed doors, open doors, dehumidifiers, air conditioning, etc.
How do I use them?
Pour the oil into the diffuser bottle and insert the sticks. Turn over once to expose the oil-moistened end of the stick to the air. The oil will continue to be absorbed by the sticks and emanate fragrance into your room for several months.
